      <image:title>Yoga - Frihet</image:title>
      <image:caption>Frihet er et begrep jeg elsker og alltid vender tilbake til, som en opplevelse, følelse, intensjon og mantra. Det må vel være det deiligste konseptet ever, om man er så heldig å oppleve det da. Frihet er noe vi ofte tar fullstendig for gitt og derfor bør vi ofte skjærpe oss og heller kjenne takknemlighet over det man har og ikke fokusere på det som kun er basert på ego og materialisme som status, penger, makt. Yoga skaper for mange en frihet. I første omgang ofte gjennom den fysiske opplevelsen av å få kontroll over egen kropp og kjenne at man får mer energi, blir sterkere og mer fleksibel. Deretter går det over i det mer mentale og spirituelle elementet der man plutselig møter seg selv i døra uten noe å kunne gjemme seg bak noe. Og da kan åpenbaringer ofte inntreffe. Åpenbaringer i form av at man innser at man er på vei i feil retning feks jobbmessig eller i nære relasjoner og at man kjenner en sterk dragning mot et helt annet sted enn der man befinner seg. Dragning mot noe som føles mer ekte. Jeg har mange ganger i løpet av alle de årene jeg har undervist yoga vært vitne til at yogis og yoginis radikalt endrer kurs etter relativt kort tid på matta, nesten som de våkner opp av en transe og endelig ser klart. I tilegg endrer folk væremåte til det bedre pga at man blir mer bevisst ift hvordan man oppfører seg og utrykker seg. Man blir mer bevisst, åpen og mindful. Alså man blir faktisk bedre versjoner av seg selv. Helt utrolig inspirerende og nydelig</image:caption>

Frihet på det følelsesmessige plan, at jeg våger å vise kjærlighet og ha et åpent hjerte. Frihet i det å ha et åpent sinn og ikke dømme for tidlig.
